Tony Power ACILEX, LLB (Hons), AFHEA

Tony is the founder of Empowerment Legal Consultancy Ltd and creator of The Thought Barrister® framework.

His professional background spans frontline policing, County Court advocacy, university law lecturing and accredited expert witness work. This breadth of experience brings together legal analysis, practical dispute awareness and commercial understanding, with a particular focus on identifying risk, challenging assumptions and bringing clarity to complex legal issues.

Tony works extensively with property investors, developers, entrepreneurs and business owners, providing independent legal analysis of contracts, property rights, legal risk and wider commercial issues. His approach is focused on helping clients understand their legal position and make better-informed decisions before problems become more difficult or costly to resolve.

His work has led to involvement at leadership and advisory level within international business and property development environments, including serving on the Expert Panel for Property CEO and as Legal Advisor for the UK and Europe within the Key Leadership Team at Meta-Dology.

Tony is a CILEX Paralegal (ACILEX) and is personally regulated by CILEX Regulation.
