Tony is the founder of Empowerment Legal Consultancy Ltd and creator of The Thought Barrister® framework.

His background spans frontline policing, County Court advocacy, university law lecturing, accredited expert witness work, and strategic legal and contractual risk advisory, combining practical dispute awareness with commercial legal thinking.

Working extensively within property, development and commercial transactions, Tony advises investors, developers and business owners on structure, risk and strategic decision-making before positions become fixed or costly to unwind.

His work has led to involvement at leadership and advisory level within international business and property development environments, including serving on the expert panel for Property CEO and as part of the Key Leadership Team at Meta-Dology as Legal Advisor for the UK and Europe.

Tony is a member of CILEX (Chartered Institute of Legal Executives) and is personally subject to the professional oversight of CILEX Regulation.
