Empowerment Legal Consultancy Ltd was founded by Tony Power, a former university law lecturer and legal consultant with experience across frontline policing, legal education, and strategic contractual risk advisory. Tony now works exclusively in the early stage identification and interception of contractual and commercial legal risk for business owners, investors, and developers.

His work sits entirely before the formal legal process. He does not conduct litigation or act in a representative capacity. Instead, he focuses on helping clients understand where leverage, exposure, and control truly sit in their documents, structures, and decisions while they still have flexibility and strategic choice.

Through consultancy, training, and his Thought Barrister® framework, Tony equips clients with the tools of strategic legal thinking so they can make clear, confident, and compliant decisions in law, business, and property before formal legal machinery is engaged.
